With more than 20 years’ experience in mining, civil construction, community governance, training, and regional program delivery, she brings strong practical capability and a deep understanding of working respectfully with remote communities and Traditional Owner groups.
Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Master of Education, Graduate Certificate in Education, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, and a Diploma of Occupational Health & Safety, complemented by extensive civil construction and high‑risk work licences. Carla’s blend of operational skill, cultural awareness, and governance understanding strengthens Rangelands NRM’s ability to deliver safe, effective, and community‑aligned outcomes across the region
